Most lyophilized peptides are stable at -20°C or below for long-term storage. Short-term storage at 4°C is acceptable for a few weeks. Once reconstituted, peptide solutions should be stored at 2-8°C and used within 2-4 weeks, or aliquoted and stored at -20°C to prevent repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
First, allow the peptide vial to reach room temperature to prevent condensation. Use sterile technique and add a small volume of appropriate solvent (typically bacteriostatic water, PBS, or acetic acid solution depending on the peptide). Gently swirl the vial to dissolve - do not vortex. Once dissolved, dilute to final volume if needed. Calculate concentration based on the amount of peptide provided and final volume.
Our ≥99% purity claim is determined by analytical HPLC under UV detection at 214nm, which specifically measures the presence of the target peptide versus impurities. This includes deletion sequences, incompletely deprotected side chains, and other related impurities. Each batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis showing the actual purity value and chromatogram.
Our peptides are manufactured under GMP conditions and meet high purity standards suitable for preclinical research applications. However, they are specifically labeled for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Researchers are responsible for determining appropriate applications and following institutional guidelines for their studies.
For in-stock products, we typically ship within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on destination. We offer express shipping options for urgent requirements. International shipments may require additional time due to customs procedures. All shipments include tracking information.
We follow GMP manufacturing practices with comprehensive QC at each stage: raw material verification, in-process monitoring, and final product testing. Each batch undergoes HPLC for purity analysis, mass spectrometry for identity confirmation, and additional tests as required (water content, counterions, etc.). Full COA documentation is provided with each shipment.
